It is a seaside suburb blessed with a gorgeous beach epic live music venues and the all-time favourite Luna Park. Towering out of the storm-tossed waters of the Atlantic Ocean its cliffs and sea stacks clamour with the cries of hundreds of thousands of seabirds.

Web St Kilda is an isolated archipelago of volcanic islands that lie 40 miles to the west of the main archipelago chain.

. Web St Kilda or Hiort as its known in Gaelic consists of the main island of Hirta the smaller islands of Dun Soay and Boreray and the prominent sea stacks Stac Lee and Stac an Armin. This volcanic archipelago with its spectacular landscapes is situated off the coast of the Hebrides and comprises the islands of Hirta Dun Soay and Boreray. Hiort is an isolated archipelago situated 64 kilometres 40 mi west-northwest of North Uist in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Internationally recognised for its birdlife St Kilda is no less famous for its human history. It has some of the highest cliffs in Europe which have large colonies of rare and endangered species of birds especially puffins and gannets. It contains the westernmost islands of the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.
